AI Product Creators Event Participation Disclaimer
By registering for and participating in this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Personal Responsibility: You accept full responsibility for any personal belongings and equipment brought to the event and agree that the Releasees are not responsible for any loss or damage to your property.
- Assumption of Risk: You understand that participation in this event, including any activities associated with it, carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries or damages. These may include, but are not limited to, physical injury, mental or emotional distress, and personal property damage. You hereby assert that your participation is voluntary and that you knowingly assume all such risks.
- Release of Liability: You hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the event organizers, sponsors, speakers, facilitators, and any other individuals or entities associated with the event (hereinafter referred to as “Releasees”) from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death, that may be sustained by you or any property belonging to you while participating in such activity, or while in, on or around the premises where the event is taking place, even if such loss is caused by the negligence of the releasees, or otherwise and whether such liability arises in tort, contract, strict liability, or otherwise, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
- Health and Safety: You agree to comply with all applicable health and safety guidelines and regulations as instructed by the event organizers or as required by law. You affirm that you are physically and mentally capable of participating in the event and will immediately notify the event organizers of any health or safety concerns that may affect your participation or the participation of others.
- Consent to Medical Treatment: You hereby consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary if you are injured or require medical attention during your participation in the event. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for all costs related to such medical treatment and any related medical transportation and/or evacuation.
- Photography/Video Release: You understand that during the event, you may be photographed or videotaped. You agree to allow your photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and assigns.
- Acknowledgment of Understanding: You have read this waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnity agreement, and fully understand its terms. You understand that you are giving up substantial rights, including the right to sue. You acknowledge that you are signing the agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by your registration for this event to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the event is held. By registering for and participating in the event, you signify your agreement to these terms and conditions.
